Frequently Asked Questions
For long-term staff, we normally ask for a DTS or equivalent missions training.
For internships, we welcome people who are still exploring ministry. We’ll help you grow through mentoring and hands-on experience.
Internships are typically 2–12 months.
Long-term staff generally commit to one year or more, though we’re happy to discuss what makes sense for your situation.
Yes. Like most YWAM ministries, our team members raise personal financial support.
We’ll help you understand what that looks like and walk alongside you through the process.

We value humility, teachability, and a willingness to serve more than having an impressive résumé. Different roles require different levels of experience, and we’ll help you find the best fit.
